A strategy is a plan of action.

What do you need to do to execute a successful event?

Start with an Excel spreadsheet and write out all of your deliverables. This will help you stay on track. If you’re planning a trade show, use the “exhibitor services manual” to guide you on action item due dates. If you’re planning a corporate event, make sure to get a cross-functional team together to help you define which deliverables need to be completed and when.
